Tasting Notes and France and Alsace and Variety and White and riesling
I like Alsatian rieslings but the long bottles are a bit of a pain because it forces me to write longer tasting notes to accomodate the longer picture. This is just the generic AC riesling from this producer but it’s very good. I’d love to see more Alsatian rieslings sealed with screwcap.
Aromas of lime, orange and cumquats. Slightly floral. On the palate dry and crunchy with some grainy phenolic grip. It has intense lime sherbert, orange and spice flavours with a good dry spicy finish. Palate cleansing and very tasty. I think I might be being a points miser with this wine so I’ll use that as a good excuse to buy another bottle. Just to be sure.

Yep, you are being a points miser (I agree with your score). I think you’re about right at 90.

Go and have a nice glass of 05 Rosemount Shiraz from the Q club bar. That will quieten you down a bit.

Yeah, just flush with options here. Although I could swing by the Gourmet Traveller shop, grab a bottle of something decent and sit on a bench drinking from the bottle!
Cheers

You don’t have the class to pull that off though DCB.
