Tasting Notes and France and Languedoc and Variety and White and sauv blanc et al
Went to Melb last night to see my Chiropractor so had Pizza with mates for dinner. This wine made an appearance. Loved the labelling and nothing much wrong with it either. The price is great too. Bone dry and didn’t have any of that evil grassy sauvignon blanc taste either. Just that it didn’t seem to have much taste full stop. Great for when you have those friends or family coming round who are very price conscious and who don’t appreciate fine wine. I mean it is Grand Final time!

I often like white wine that does not taste of much. Soave has used this to advantage for years!

So, any hints as to what the variety/blend is? Region? Or is it one of those “ghastly” South Eastern France blends everyone rabbits on about having no terroir?

No terroir? Not much of anything from the sounds of it…

It is 100% SB guys. Hence my comment that it had NONE of the usual overload of grassy SB flavours and as such was quaffable.
