Tasting Notes and France and Bordeaux and Variety and Red and cabernet et al

If this label could tell its story, it would be one of sleeping under the stars, freezing in the winter, sheltering in doorways during the rain, prospecting in bins for food and begging for spare change to buy a warming coffee.
Blackcurrants and iodine, liquorice, leather sandals, dusty black fruits, graphite and a touch of cigar box. The palate is true to the nose, savoury black fruits, slightly leafy, flavoursome and satisfying, the perfect waiter at dinner, never trying to attract attention, sitting in the background making sure everything goes smoothly. All up, a handsome wine with 10 years ahead of it – easy. So, for all its travails, it has survived admirably and remains pure and untouched.

yes, a renowned pizza-less dinner no doubt.
