I have a whopping backlog of things SB, SBS and SSB so I whipped through a bunch of WA SBS/SSB specimens yesterday afternoon. This, along with the 2007 Madfish, was my pick of the bunch.

Spotlessly clean with good ripe fruit that’s not overtly tropical with juicy limes, a light grassiness, capsicum spice and fennel. It’s punchy, focussed and very refreshing with a lovely long grapefruity finish. In short, it delivers the goods.
