Ninth Island Pinot Noir 2005

I had some of this with the Christmas turkey last night. Lively red cherries and spice, cinnamon quill and a hint of vanilla, a touch of woodiness. The palate displayed vague red fruits, a bit of spice, very lightly bodied with a drying finish. The length is pretty average, and to be honest the palate is a bit skinny. Drink now.
