Tasting Notes and Australia and Coonawarra and Variety and Red and cabernet et al

A Classic Coonawarra from a Classic Year?
Red currants, red capsicum, cedar, a deep-seated earthiness, and some stinky cheese for good measure. Great balance on the palate, purity of fruit, and still very youthful, amazingly so really, with very long finish, ultra-fine melting tannins, blah-de-blah-de-blah… excellent juice with a bright future.

We have a few of these in the cellar. Lovely. This could be a 95 point wine for me!
