Sweet spirits, brandied raisins and sultanas, sweet spices, orange peel, dried raspberries - sweet fruits with some spirity bite. The palate is slightly whisky hot, but has a softness and elegant, more seductive than overwhelming. Finishes dryly. An excellent wine, but doesn’t reach the heights of the ’83.
