Tasting Notes and Australia and Eden Valley and Variety and White and sauv blanc et al
Obviously very young with a bit of grassy action, gooseberry, lemon barley and fruit punch aromatics. It’s light and crisp, perhaps a bit lacking in focus, but fresh and easy - not overt or mouth puckering.The flavours are of lemon barley, weak pineapple juice and some grassy character which present well and overall it offers an attractive and modestly priced glass of dry white. Excellent with food too.
